Oh my, this is seriously good. It's spicy enough to put hairs on your chest and has a kick from the amchur (mango powder) that really lifts it.
Ingredients (allergens in bold)
chicken thighs, yoghurt, ginger, garlic, chilli powder, cumin seeds, onion, tomato, garam masala, amchur (mango powder), spinach

Defrost your frozen food thoroughly in the fridge before reheating gently in a saucepan on the stove until piping hot all the way through. Alternatively, you can reheat from frozen on the hob, but use a low heat and keep an eye on it.
