This is just what I feel like eating at this time of the year. Hearty, warming and big on flavour, this is definitely one to take out of the freezer for the gloomier days. Serve with brown rice or a baked potato for a culinary hug.
Ingredients (allergens in bold)
pork sausages (contain gluten), onion, celery, garlic, red wine, smoked paprika, fennel seeds, fennel, thyme, chicken stock, tomatoes, butter beans

Defrost your frozen food thoroughly in the fridge before reheating gently in a saucepan on the stove until piping hot all the way through. Alternatively, you can reheat from frozen on the hob, but use a low heat and keep an eye on it.
