Gorgeous, flavoursome meatballs, packed full of ginger, spring onion and coriander with the crunch of sesame to give texture. The sauce is tangy and plentiful and I eat these with a pile of noodles or jasmine rice and hope that no-one is watching as the sauce runs down my chin.
Ingredients (allergens in bold)
Meatballs: Pork mince, garlic, spring onion, ginger, coriander, sesame seeds, breadcrumbs, egg
Sauce: shallot, spring onion, ginger, garlic, chicken stock, cumin, all-spice, smoked paprika, cider vinegar, coconut milk, tamarind, lemon
