It's a magical alchemy - pork, cider, fennel seeds and thyme....salty sweet with a good kick of umami, the celeriac soaks up all the flavours and brings a different texture to this lovely casserole.

Ingredients (allergens in bold)

Pork shoulder, onion, thyme, fennel seeds, dijon mustard, garlic, cider, chicken stock, bay leaves, bacon, cornflour, celeriac

Heating Instructions

Defrost your frozen food thoroughly in the fridge before reheating gently in a saucepan on the stove until piping hot all the way through. Alternatively, you can reheat from frozen on the hob, but use a low heat and keep an eye on it.
