What's not to love about a lamb tagine? It's all about the balance of sweet, spicy and aromatic, and this one is a winner. Serve with herby couscous and a bitter leaf salad with orange to cut through the richness.

Ingredients (allergens in bold)

Lamb shoulder, chickpeas, apricots, onion, garlic, ginger, cumin, cinnamon, ground coriander, tomatoes, honey

Heating Instructions

Defrost your frozen food thoroughly in the fridge before reheating gently in a saucepan on the stove until piping hot all the way through. Alternatively, you can reheat from frozen on the hob, but use a low heat and keep an eye on it.
