Such a moreish curry. Lime leaves, kecap manis (sweet soy sauce) and red chillies make this curry uniquely Indonesian and gives it a delicious sweet and sour flavour. Serve with coconut rice and a shredded raw salad dressed with lime and scattered with crushed peanuts.

Defrost your frozen food thoroughly in the fridge before reheating gently in a saucepan on the stove until piping hot all the way through. Alternatively, you can reheat from frozen on the hob, but use a low heat and keep an eye on it.
