Not your average Thai curry - if you want to blow away the cobwebs, this enlivening spicy curry is the one to do it. Tart with the flavours of tamarind, (vegan) fish sauce and lime and thickened with cashews, this is one to wake up the taste buds. It's strongly flavoured so only needs plain white rice.

Butternut squash, sweet potato, cashew nuts, shallots, garlic, red chilli, ginger, turmeric, lime, tamarind, Vegan Thai fish sauce (contains soybean), tomatoes

Defrost your frozen food thoroughly in the fridge before reheating gently in a saucepan on the stove until piping hot all the way through. Alternatively, you can reheat from frozen on the hob, but use a low heat and keep an eye on it.
