The citrussy flavour of coriander seeds and earthy bay make this Greek dish of slow-cooked pork a joy.  The pork is marinated overnight in red wine, so really it's the best of all worlds. Serve with buttery rice and green beans.

Ingredients (allergens in bold)

Pork shoulder, coriander seeds, onion, celery, garlic, red wine, beef stock, tomato puree, flour, cornflour, red wine vinegar

Heating Instructions

Defrost your frozen food thoroughly in the fridge before reheating gently in a saucepan on the stove until piping hot all the way through. Alternatively, you can reheat from frozen on the hob, but use a low heat and keep an eye on it.
