The most useful thing you will ever find in your freezer. Happily cooks from frozen over a low heat. Eat it with spaghetti, a scattering of chopped parsley and parmesan (as if you need me to tell you that) Serves two.

onion, tomato puree, carrot, celery, garlic, pancetta, thyme, oregano, beef mince, pork mince, Chianti, beef stock, chopped tomatoes, bay leaves

Defrost your frozen food thoroughly in the fridge before reheating gently in a saucepan on the stove until piping hot all the way through. Alternatively, you can reheat from frozen on the hob, but use a low heat and keep an eye on it.
