What's not to love about a chicken tagine? A satisfying balance of spice, heat and sweet. Scatter with coriander and flaked toasted almonds and serve with couscous cooked in chicken stock or a herby tabbouleh.

Boneless chicken thigh, onion, garlic, cumin, cinnamon sticks, ras el hanout, ground ginger, saffron, turmeric, chicken stock, olives, chickpeas

Defrost your frozen food thoroughly in the fridge before reheating gently in a saucepan on the stove until piping hot all the way through. Alternatively, you can reheat from frozen on the hob, but use a low heat and keep an eye on it.
