Celeriac is one of those vegetables that takes on a completely different identity when cooked long and slow - the slightly bitter crunch mellows to a sweet nuttiness and when lifted with lemon and fennel seeds, it becomes a thing of wonder. Serve with crusty bread, maybe some yoghurt on the side.

Defrost your frozen food thoroughly in the fridge before reheating gently in a saucepan on the stove until piping hot all the way through. Alternatively, you can reheat from frozen on the hob, but use a low heat and keep an eye on it.
