A rich, slow-cooked French classic, ideal to keep the spirits up on a chilly evening. Serve with a pile of buttery mash, dark greens and a glass of your finest red.

Ingredients (allergens in bold)

Beef, bacon lardons, onion, garlic, carrot, red wine, tomato, beef stock, bay, thyme, butter, shallots, chestnut mushrooms, cornflour

Heating Instructions

Defrost your frozen food thoroughly in the fridge before reheating gently in a saucepan on the stove until piping hot all the way through. Alternatively, you can reheat from frozen on the hob, but use a low heat and keep an eye on it.
