If you like your curries tangy, a little sour and utterly addictive, then look no further -  the same spices that are often used in Indian chutneys and pickles are used here; nigella, fennel, mustard and cumin seeds. Add some amchoor, the lip-smacking dried mango powder that gives chaat that glorious sourness, and you're away...

Ingredients (allergens in bold)

Boneless chicken thighs, ginger, garlic, chilli, nigella seeds, fennel seeds, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, onion, tomato, turmeric, yoghurt, amchoor

Heating Instructions

Defrost your frozen food thoroughly in the fridge before reheating gently in a saucepan on the stove until piping hot all the way through. Alternatively, you can reheat from frozen on the hob, but use a low heat and keep an eye on it.
