My kids love this curry and it's one of my absolute favourites too. Much more than the sum of its parts. Lightly spiced but still really flavoursome with slow-cooked onion, cumin, garam masala and mustard seeds.

Boneless chicken thigh, natural yoghurt, garam masala, turmeric, chilli powder, garlic, cumin seeds, tomatoes, mustard seeds, onion

Defrost your frozen food thoroughly in the fridge before reheating gently in a saucepan on the stove until piping hot all the way through. Alternatively, you can reheat from frozen on the hob, but use a low heat and keep an eye on it.
