Spicy and bright, this is a lovely curry with base notes of garam masala lifted by white wine vinegar, ginger and chilli.

Sweet potato, cloves, star anise, peppercorns, cinnamon, cumin seeds, garlic, ginger, white wine vinegar, chilli powder, onion, sugar, salt, tomatoes

Defrost your frozen food thoroughly in the fridge before reheating gently in a saucepan on the stove until piping hot all the way through. Alternatively, you can reheat from frozen on the hob, but use a low heat and keep an eye on it.
